This post will encompass promoting contract awareness and management of projects throughout the company and main responsibiliites will include:
Overseeing all contractual issues.
Cost negotiations and all commercial aspects on mechanical and elecrtical contracts.
Cost submissions to the client.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with proven experience in this or related industry. Experience of standard and non standard terms and conditions of contract and sub-contract is essential. In addition, you will need to be thorough, systematic and logical in your work, with the ability to communicate at all levels and the persistence to see a job through to conclusion.
