The successful applicant will be educated to at least HNC standard, have a minimum of 2 years experience in housebuilding, with a good working knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards. Experience in the use and management of AutoCad is essential, whilst a flair for estate layout design and experience of the planning process will be a definite advantage.
