A challenging, new position to deliver improved profitability by generating additional capacity, eliminating bottlenecks and systematically identifying opportunities to cut "waste" throughout the manufacturing process.
Reporting to the Operations Director on all aspects of manufacturing effectiveness.
Spearheading a culture of continuous improvement.
Raising the IE skills throughout the organisation.
Delivering £1m in bottom line benefit over two years.
THE PERSON:
A graduate, preferable engineering, with several years professional Industrial Engineering experience.
A results driven and highly motivated individual, an effective team player, an excellent man-manager.
A good influencer with experience in a strong T.U. environment.
Capable of contributing significant improvement in a manufacturing environment.
