House Builder based in Manchester are looking for an Assistant Architectural Technician.
You will be working within a busy department and will be responsible for initial housetype designs to gain planning consent and for producing working drawings for new and modified housetypes using our Microstation 3D modelling system. You will also provide support to our sites and a number of other departments.
An HNC level qualification in building construction plus a good knowledge of construction methods and building regulations is essential. Previous housing design and CAD experience is vital.
