This housebuilder is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Merseyside.
The company is one of the country's leading private house builders with a turnover of £150 million.
They are looking for an individual who'll provide support to their four divisions as well as supporting the Group Commercial Director. Your main responsibilities will be to prepare budgets, enforce audit procedures and group policies relating to surveying, estimating and buying. You'll ensure the company enters into profitable agreements form the pre-tender estimation stages through to design and build.
Excellent IT skills are a must with, ideally, a relevant professional qualification. A background from a previous house builder or recent experience in the construction industry would also be desirable. This is an exciting and challenging role, which will suit a Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years experience looking for the next step in their career.
