Company based in Hertfordshire are looking for Quantity Surveyors.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a role in negotiating/agreeing Target Prices and associated Actual Cost.
The person will need to be contractually aware, at least in the civils side but preferably using NEC, have experience in civils, preferably in the roads/highways game, be familiar with the HA model Contract Documents and be able to negotiate with the Contractor.
They would also consider employing at Assistant QS level somebody who fitted some of these requirements.
