Our client is one of the UK's leading property investment, development and transportation companies with assets valued at over £2 billion and a landholding extending to 20,000 acres throughout the UK. This companies Environment and Resource Development Department has, for the last 15 years, been heavily involved in the development and management of quarries, landfill sites and other waste management facilities. More recently, the Department has been involved in the development of energy schemes such as wind farms, small hydro-electric, landfill and mine gas. A position exists for an ambitious Graduate to take on a varied and interesting estate management portfolio comprising a variety of minerals extraction and waste management developments with scope to become involved in the expanding renewable energy sector. The environment and Resource Development is a small but well established team, providing excellent scope for career progression and personal development. Applicants should have a Degree in Surveying/ Planning or a relevant land management or environmental didcipline. The salary is negotiable but will be competitive and reflect experience and ability. The position would also attract a benefits package including a company car.
