Our client is seeking a Architect for their office in Birmingham office for their Property Division
Job Description
Key Requirements
Professionally qualified Architect Experienced in public buildings especially education sector. Must be experienced in AutoCAD and the usual office software applications. Must have a professional and commercial attitude.
Main Purpose of Job
To provide non-complex technical support to Senior Technicians, Engineers, Senior Engineers and Project Managers in delivering project requirements.
Key Accountabilities
Assist project team members in producing sketches/drawings from developed designs
Undertake minor engineering designs with provision of written and documented calculations
Accurately check engineering drawings prior to submission for approval
Assist project team members in collating technical information from on-site surveys and inspections and other sources
Attending regular team meetings to review project progress
Assist in the upkeep of all project technical document control records
Implement company quality procedures on all projects
Binding of reports, printing and collation of drawings
Comply with Health and Safety and other appropriate regulations
To undertake any other reasonable task as requested
