Company based in Leeds are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst.
The role involves being a member of our 24 hour helpdesk facility responding to alarms received from remotely monitored customers and taking appropriate actions to remedy system faults.
Candidates must possess skills in one or more of the following areas:
Novell Netware
Microsoft & Compaq products
LAN/WAN
TCP/IP
Communication technologies (routers, switches hubs etc)
