Our client is recruiting experienced Building Surveyors for their team dedicated to assisting Rochdale Boroughwide Housing in improving their stock of over 15,000 homes to decent homes standard by mid 2006, when the contract will come to an end.
Enthusiastic, self motivated and ambitious individuals required to join a well respected company.
Applicants should have the appropriate graduate qualifications and will be encouraged to develop their skills through continuous professional development.
Your specific role will include surveying existing properties, making recommendations for improvements and monitoring works in progress.
Remuneration will depend on level but will be typically £18,000 - £25,000 p.a. based on a core week of 36.25 hours.
