Description: They are currently seeking a graduate quantity surveyor, or equivalent, with at least 3 years experience to be site based on a recently started design and build contract worth over £70 million.
Candidates must have good all round abilities, effective communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. You will need to demonstrate a commercial awareness and competency in dealing with sub-contractors and suppliers.
They will provide exemplary support and encouragement to those who demonstrate a drive and commitment to their personal and professional development, leading to membership of a professional body.
