Our client based in Oldham is looking for a dynamic and positive individual who will work with them to develop their business. Experience in the administration of design and build contracts is essential. You will have key responsibil ity for ensuring optimum returns on their project investments and developing long term relationships with their clients.
You must have a minimum of 5 years QS/Estimating experience in a medium size construction organisation and have a proven track record of securing new contracts. You should be a team player who is commercially astute, have strong technical skills, an excellent communicator and be able to form strong client relationships.
You will take responsibility for providing a first-class quantity surveying/estimating service, securing
new contracts, administering projects and developing the business.
