Our client based in Kendal is looking to recruit an Architectural Design Technician. The ideal candidate must possess previous experience with a quality house building company. Duties to include submission of planning applications and building regulations, overseeing and running of several developments on a day-to-day basis and the preperation/revision of site/house type drawings, utilising an AutoCAD software package. |
