Our client based in Manchester has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to join their successful construction company. You will have a minimum 5 years experience, good construction knowledge, the ability to control sub-contractors and communicate with clients, site managers and employees alike. You will be able to maximise project returns and will work on Design and Build and Traditional contracts as well as their own developments.
