Our client is exclusively engaged in providing planning and architectural work relating to new housing developments, ranging from individual dwelling to developments of upto 1000 dwellings. They are currently seeking a few CAD Technicians whose primary and most recent experience is in Architectural draughting, preferably with a strong background in new-build housing design and detailing. This position is based in Chorley, Lancashire and is a permenant role. |
