More experienced candidates will possess leadership qualities and be proven managers of resources to achieve programme, budget and quality targets while ensuring the safety of all parties to the construction process.
Less experienced candidates will show the potential to develop the same skills and will have proven their ability to supervise trade/sub-contractors ensuring their work is to the programme and specification as well as being carried out safely.
