Main Duties and Responsibities:
We have a requirement for a Senior Building Surveyor to organise, improve efficiency, drive and exceed our client’s expectations.
In joining the Building Consultancy Group, you will enjoy a high quality and diverse range of instructions, a blue-chip client base, together with a European flavour. The focus of the position is to concentrate on professional matters (consultancy work) – rather than project management, refurbishment or contract administration. Your duties will include contract administration, building surveys, dilapidation’s, party wall matters, planned maintenance schedules, reinstatement-cost assessments and general building surveying / consultancy advice.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Having between 3 - 5 years' experience and your professional qualifications, you'll be confident shaping challenging projects from initial client briefing through to project design, preparation and site supervision. You will be dealing primarily with high class Commercial and Retail property. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work alongside clients and other consultants. The successful applicant will be flexible, articulate with drive and ambition and be looking to further their own long-term career prospects.
