This construction company are looking for a Contracts Manager, experienced in managing subcontracts in Civil Engineering projects or formal Building contracts for a subcontractor providing any "substantial" structural elements such as:
Piling, Ground work, Tunnelling, Drilling, Guniting, Earth-moving, Structural Steel.
The post, newly-created due to our continuing growth, is to be based in our head office at Bacup, Lancashire.
The role involves managing jobs once we have been awarded them, with a strong focus on cost control. |
