Connaught Property Services, the major subsidiary of Connaught Plc, are providers of a refurbishment and maintenance service within the Social Housing Sector.
As part of our planned growth and continued expansion, we have successfully secured long-term Partnering arrangements within our Northern Region and are now looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our existing team. You will be part of a team working towards delivering a customer-focused service on regeneration projects to clients within the region.
The ideal candidate should have experience in refurbishment contracts and will be responsible for all aspects of Quantity Surveying and cost control.
You will play a key role in demonstrating continuous improvement and best value to our partners and will be responsible for managing an open book accounting system.
