Acting as an Architect and Project Manager, you should ideally have previous experience in preparing feasibility studies, briefing, design, specification and detailing.
You should also possess effective communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to run projects from initial conception to completion.
You should be RIBA and ARB affiliated Architects with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
