For this role you should have experience of regeneration projects and should be able to illustrate, write and communicate with clarity and vision.
Current projects include landmark schemes in Manchester, Liverpool, the West Midlands and the North East, and on occasions, nationally.
You should have over 2 years post qualification experience and have either RTPI, RIBA or ALA backgrounds.
