Senior Quantity Surveyor required in Manchester/ Liverpool areas. To be involved in projects from site start to occupied homes, via procurement, valuation and Final Accounts. This will involve issuing of tenders, negotiation with sub-contractors and management of accruals. You will need several years’ professional experience with house builder, PQS and exellent IT skills.
