Chartered Engineer required (with an Honours degree in Civil or Structural Engineering). You must have a minimum of 6 years post graduation experience (3 years design experience in highway and rail bridges and 2 years within the rail environment). Good all round structural skills are required as well as the ability to think laterally and demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to plan and organise. They also need to be experienced in the use of bridge software eg Leap SAM.
