Applications are invited for the role of Civil & Structure Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of the boiler primary and secondary steel structures. The job holder will be required to co-ordinate and manage the detailed design of these structures in UK, Europe, China and India.
Qualifications:
The Civil & Structural Engineer will:
Be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in either Civil, Structural or Mechanical engineering with preferably accredited post graduate training qualifying towards a full membership of a related professional institution.
Fully conversant with the use of IT packages e.g. Staad.Pro, X-Steel, Excel etc.
Have 3 years post graduate experience in the design of heavy industrial steel structures and possess good knowledge of National and International codes and Standard applied to the steel structures.
Experience in detailed design will be an advantage.
