Due to continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen within the group for a Senior Construction Manager.
Reporting to the board of directors, this role is a senior position in the commercial development and contracting arm, the largest department of the group, and will progress to a director based position after an initial agreed assessment period. The successful applicant will be of the highest calibre and take responsibility for the successful delivery of all commercial projects in terms of programme and quality. This very senior position will co-ordinate and oversee all contracts managers and site managers on projects throughout the North West of England, and this position will only be awarded to someone with extensive site control experience who already holds a similar position. |
