Your role will encompass providing architectural drawings and a technical information service for projects ranging from traditionally-styled designs to major housing schemes, city centre builds and mixed-use development. You will co-ordinate external consultants,
produce and update site layouts to achieve the optimum balance of quality and profitability, and act as a principal point of contact for all technical queries relating to particular sites. There is also opportunity to be involved in bespoke designs and redesigns for unique or unusual sites.
You will need a thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, house-building design and Planning
and NHBC regulations. You must have the stamina to see design projects through and the
judgement to prioritise effectively under pressure, backed by a HNC/BTEC.
