In this key role, you will identify, evaluate and acquire development sites in the West Midlands region, working with the Planning team to maximise the development potential of each site. Your role will involve maintaining a high profile with a wide variety of contacts among local authorities, land agents, land owners and other developers, as well as liaising with our Commercial and Legal teams and external consultants. You will see each
project through to the point of purchase and implementable planning consent.
To succeed, you must have an extensive background in land purchase and be prepared to match the high expectations of a target-driven team and a growing business. If you have a relevant degree, so much the better, but it is far more important that you have the people skills and resourcefulness to find the best sites and obtain the best deals.
