Contract Surveyor: Mainly in the Cheshire area.
Duties: submission and agreement of interim valuations and Final Accounts. Commercial and contractual management of Contracts and subcontractors. Materials-purchasing and contract administration. Preparation of analytical estimates.
The successful applicant will be qualified to HNC or degree standard with some industry experience. Preferably at least 3-5 years work experience. Self motivated. Computer literate. Hold a driving license.
Salary and other benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a permanent position. |
