My client are an international property and construction consultancy. At present they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Cost Manager required in Leeds. The successful applicant must be a qualified chartered quantity surveyor with all round experience of new build and refurbishment projects within all sectors. The successful applicant must be willing to undertake training as a planning supervisor and project co-ordinator under the proposed CDM 2006 regulations; this will include sitting appropriate examinations. Based Leeds. Salary Negotiable.
