Education & Qualifications:
ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in a building or construction related subject
Degree qualification in a building or construction related subject
Experience:
Having worked within a construction related design office environment (note sufficient experience can supersede formal qualifications)
Skills & Knowledge:
AutoCAD, Construction knowledge, Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, Good Telephone Manner, Project Management skills
Personal Attributes:
Enthusiastic, Ability to operate on a stand alone basis or as part of a team, Reliable, Flexible and self motivated, Good communication skills, Motivational to others, Man management potential, Ability to communicate at all levels. |
