They are looking to recruit a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join thier team in the Altrincham office.
The successful candidate should be able to manage geotechnical projects from start to completion, providing technical support and guidance to others.
He/she will:-
· Be able to manage staff
· Be able to manage project delivery
· Be able to track project progress relative to delivery date/changing client needs
· Have a good customer care attitude
· Have a technical background in foundations, soils, weak rock, desk study, optioneering
· Have a civils background with knowledge of contaminated land, highly desirable but not essential
There is the potential for progression to Associate and candidates should ideally be Chartered Civil or Geological/Geotechnical Engineers. A further qualification (MSc, PhD would be desirable but not essential. It is essential that applicants should have a proven experience profile in a multidisciplinary consultancy/contracting background in a managerial role.
