To produce and oversee the build programme to ensure completion dates are met and special orders are received on time.

To keep accurate records on spreadsheets of payment due, paid and quantities etc.
To recruit sub-contract labour to improve quality and service.
To assist and advise site managers and the contracts manager in their role.
