They are looking to enhance their existing commercial surveying team by appointing the following candidate. Working either site based or head office based you will commercially control nationwide contracts and occasionally overseas contracts.
Ideally you will be qualified to RICS although those with qualifications HNC/HND and at least 10 years experience in the construction industry will be considered. A building services background with knowledge of building refurbishment is essential. You will be experienced in handling several projects simultaneously.
