Job Description:
Required to provide assistance to our Quantity Surveyors, main duties will include budgeting and tendering, placement of sub-contract orders, measurement of accounts, dealing with sub-contractor enquiries and processing payments.
Job Requirements:
Ideally applicants will have at least one years experience in a Quantity Surveying role and a third level Surveying/Construction qualification. Knowledge of the building industry and construction process is required and applicants must have good numerical and IT skills. The successful candidate will be an articulate, quick learner with the ability to solve problems, work as part of a team and on their own initiative. Experience within Telecoms would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
Benefits:
Salary range: £16,000 - £22,000
