This company are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team in their Warrington office.
They are looking for someone who has experience of Building surveying, as most of the work is involved in surveying of Education / Retail / Leisure buildings.
You must have cost planning experience, and ideally be at an intermediate level.
You will be working on a wide range of commercial office, leisure and public sector projects. You will be responsible for the management and preparation of Budget Costs, Contract Documentation, Site Valuations and calculations for final payments on Projects. |
