Preferable: ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in a building or construction related subject.
Ideal: Degree qualification in a building or construction related subject.
Experience:
Worked within a construction related design office environment (sufficient experience can supersede formal qualifications).
Skills & Knowledge:
AutoCAD, Construction knowledge, Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, Good Telephone Manner, Project Management skills.
