My client have acquired a number of major projects in the London area involving demolition, piling, groundworks, pilecaps and capping beams and are looking for experienced Project Managers capable of managing such projects.
Previous experience of piling works will be an advantage but is not essential provided the candidate is willing to learn. More important is the proven track record of managing projects of between £2 and £10 million in value and bringing them in to the required standard, on time and to a budget. The tasks will involve the following:
Managing our team of designers, engineers, foremen and operatives.
Selection and management of subcontractors.
Liasing with the client & others.
Managing the commercial aspects including budgets, cost forecasts etc. with support where necessary
Programming works. |
