My client is currently looking for a Chartered Surveyor.
Duties:
The management and delivery of professional services in the areas of land & minerals management, planning applications, project management, valuation, rating, negotiation of commercial agreements.
Qualifications:
Educated to degree level; MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred. Good IT & numeracy skills are required along with a high standard of written English. Current valid driving licence is required as projects are undertaken throughout the UK. The ability to manage and develop staff essential.
Candidates should ideally have post APC experience; a keen interest in the environment, and experience in the areas of planning / minerals / rural practice is desirable.

The post involves occasional site visits for data gathering and research for a variety of projects. |
