My client is an office relocation and bespoke re-development specialist. They have designed office space for the Rail, Financial, Health and I.T industries for many clients across the UK.
At present they have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in quantity surveying, ideally with some previous experience. In addition to the appropriate technical skills for estimating and pricing work you should show commercial aptitude and basic negotiating skills. |
