My client are currently looking for a Principal Environmental Scientist/Engineer.
Duties to include:
Planning site investigations, preparing Phase 1, 2 and 3 contaminated land reports and design and management of remediation measures.
To assist the Partners, Associates and other engineers in providing satisfactory remediation and engineering solutions; including details for isolation barriers etc. in relation to contamination issues and remedial work specifications including the use of current and appropriate assessment software.
To lead the development of Practice Guidance Notes in relation to contaminated land and other environmental issues and the control of hazardous waste in relation to construction and development issues; including the dissemination of pertinent information to engineers and technicians involved in engineering design processes.
To direct and work with technicians and less senior contamination scientists who may be assigned to projects that you may be working upon.
When required to work in the field/ on-site gathering necessary information and/or undertaking periodic site inspections. |
