An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Project/Technical Manager to be based at the Head Office in Chorley. With responsibility for ensuring that the technical aspects of all projects are delivered on time and to budget, the role will involve liaison with consultants and contractors on a daily basis on a range of residential and commercial developments.
Some experience of a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential and candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of working to programme and budget constraints.
