CAD DRAUGHTSPERSON - SHELTERS DIVISION
The Company is a successful private family business established in 1946. They are the UK market leaders in the design and manufacture of street furniture, cycle shelters and covered walkways. Due to continuing success and steady business growth they wish to appoint a person to fill the above position.
THE ROLE:
This is a broad and challenging role for a proficient CAD Draughtsperson with an established fabrication background, who is looking for an exciting long-term opportunity to develop his or her career.
Working within their busy drawing office, as a member of the shelters division, you will be able to produce technically accurate drawings for client approval, workshop manufacture and site installation. They are looking to recruit a candidate who will compliment their existing multi-disciplined team of designers; therefore experience of steelwork design, structural fabrication or the construction industry is preferred.
Although the preferred competence is Bentleys` Microstation design suite, you will be offered full internal/external training in this area. You will also be encouraged to participate in ongoing training to further your product knowledge and career development.
You will receive a professional induction into the business and thorough one to one product training.
