The main duties include preparation of flood risk assessment reports, developing surface water drainage strategies and assisting with other civil infrastructure related projects for a wide range of public and private organisations. Applicants must have a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a civil engineering or environmental discipline.
Ideally this will be backed by Graduate or Chartered membership of a relevant institution.
A working knowledge of HEC-RAS, FEH, WINDES and ISIS software is desirable but not essential.
Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with good report writing and IT skills.
A full UK driving licence is essential. |
