ROLE:
My client is looking for a Site Manager to start at the beginning of May and should last 16 weeks, be it on a fixed term contract with them or on a freelance basis.
You must hold an up to date CSCS Card, 5 day SMSTS and First Aid Certificate - of which my client would need copies.
This job is based in Bangor, North Wales and involves amalgamating 3 houses along with another building to create one learning centre. Previous experience of refurbishment is essential along with good communication skills as you will have day to day contact with clients and representatives.
