Job Description
Experienced civil engineering senior CAD technician with recent experience in wastewater and sludge treatment facilities in the water industry
Candidate Specification
· To be capable of producing site layouts using X-refs, general arrangement drawings of tanks and buildings, architectural layouts, pipeline routing / longitudinal sections, planning application drawings, road layouts using AutoTrack etc.
· Varied work from solution development drawings through to detailed design drawings for construction.
· Candidate to be familiar with AutoCAD 2007. (Desirable to have experience with MS Word and Excel, and use of internet based project review databases.)
· Trained to minimum ONC, preferably HNC level in civil discipline. Expected to work a regular 40 hours per week.
· Must be able to support engineers on particular wastewater treatment works sites undertaking site surveys and asset reviews. |
