Quantity Surveyor - Intermediate/Project QS - North West/Yarnton
My client is now looking for a QS to be based in the North West in their Northwich office and to spend two days down in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. You will need to have 5-6 years experience and would have good contract and utilities experience in the gas, water or mechanical industry. Must have strong utility experience, preferably on gas pipeline projects. You will be preparing project mechanical estimates and commercial documentation for tender processes and evaluations. Following award of contracts you will successfully manage the Contract in accordance with the commercial requirements. Other areas of involvement will include risk management, strategy workshops, programme management and reporting systems. The role will be supported by our Project Team.
Salary £upon experience plus car allowance, pension or negotiable day rate.
