Required for our client an Insurance Contractor.
The company provides expertise to the Insurance Restoration Network`s
The role involves surveying residential and commercial properties as instructed by the Insurance`s Loss adjuster.
To liaise with the Loss adjuster`s and set out the works required to make the Loss good.
To work with and within the schedules supplied by the Loss Adjuster`s.
To prepare detailed priced report`s with photographic evidence and a schedule of works.
Communicate, set expectations and clarify understanding of the contractors service to the customer.
Provide assistance in the procurement or variation of works.
Oversee the various skilled trades onsite and provide quality control of works.
