My client are currently looking for a Surveyor / Planner who will be involved in the delivery of professional services in the areas of general town and country planning together with minerals, planning and land management, working closely with existing estates management team. Particular areas of specialism include minerals and leisure related planning.
Qualifications and experience:
Educated to degree level; preferably with MRICS (ideally Planning, Environment or Minerals) or MRTPI or equivalent qualification preferred. Good IT & numeracy skills are required along with a high standard of written English. Current valid driving licence is required as projects are undertaken throughout the UK.
Candidates should ideally have some post qualification experience although recent graduates may be considered. Would suit a person interested in dealing with environmental based projects, ideally with experience in the areas of planning, minerals, rural practice etc.
