My client is currently looking to employ a Senior Estimator to join their existing team.
You will ideally be degree qualified, a member of RICS with proven experience of estimating for a Main Contractor.
Your role will be to complete estimates including measurement of drawings, sub-contractor analysis, pricing, tender settlement. The estimating department includes junior estimators and secretaries to assist you.
Their tenders are mainly design and build, drawings and specification, so you must have a good level of construction knowledge.
Tenders range in value from £100K to £10M.
Salary will be commensurate with your experience and ability.
